GUT INSTINCT is a journey through Crohn’s Disease as written by Loïs Mills.
The platform was founded in December 2016 following the realisation that the internet only offered dark and depressive accounts of those living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. GUT INSTINCT was born out the idea that living with Crohn’s Disease didn’t mean having to put your life on hold and opens up the conversation for women to talk about bowel disease. Addressing the famous poo taboo and all the bits in-between, GUT INSTINCT aims to offer a relatable voice to others going through exactly the same shit.
